Dear ';Supervisor's Name';,
I regret to inform you I am giving my two week's notice of resignation. I have enjoyed my employment here and will hope to part on good standing.
I have decided to pursue different employment opportunities and continue to furthur my education. I want to thank you, the company, ';Former Supervisor's Name';, ';Administrative Assistant's Name';, and my co-workers for working with me through my medical problems and schedule requests during school. I appreciate your understanding and commitment to me as an employee.
Thus, I will resign two weeks from today, to give ample time to find replacements for my current clients. Thank you for your time, and should circumstances arise, I hope there will be a place for me here in the future.
Sincerely, Amy
