My husband wont keep a job. He didnt do this until after we got married, now we cant pay the bills HELP!?

he did just fine until we got married and got a 14,000 settlement for a car accident. now one month later he has spent it all got us into a 600 apartment and we cant pay the bills. he leaves in November for the military and wants to coast till then on loans. He wont let me go back to work (stripper) b/c he doesnt want anyone to see my boobs, which is all that is allowed. he doesnt understand that in 3 months we could be in jail for not paying a loan or bills. What can I do to pay the rent so my daughter can have somewhere to live?
