My husband is looking to change careers, any ideas?

We live in Okla., DO NOT wish to move. He has a Bachelor's in Music Education and taught for about 6 yrs. He would like to work in the arts industry. He is a bass player. Any one know whom to talk to in Oklahoma City? Teacher's have great organizational skills, management skills, accounting skills, etc... Do NOT respond if you are NOT in Oklahoma or do not have a useful answer.
