My job hasn't sent me my last check after i quit is that illegal?

Last Week i quit my job at redlobster and i only worke d for 11 hours and i have my check sent via direct deposit to my bank and it is deposited every friday at 12am and today i have not recieved so i'm wondering if they keep my money if they did was that illegal?
