My question is about PA employment...?

If a person is hired as a full-time salaried employee and after 3 years of outstanding service, his hours are reduced to 20 hrs. a week, naturally his salary reflects a 50% loss & all of his benefits are deleted, does the employee have any rights as far as unemployment compensation, etc.? He cannot afford to live on 1/2 of his meager salary plus he really needs to be employed full-time with benefits, sick days, etc. What recourse, if any, does he have?? His employer is a multi-millionaire & is crying ';poor mouth'; as the reason.
