My Illinois LPN license was suspened 1 1/2 yrs ago, I am on probation and seeking modifications on license?

I have been unable to get a job in health care so I applied for modifications of restrictions. I am supposed to appear in Chicago on 9/11 and cannot possibly make this court date. Any suggestions?
