my husband is is an hvac sr machanical engineer from india does he get the same job in usa with same degree?

previously my husband was working in a riputed co in india for 5 yrs, now he is working in uae from last 4 yrs for hvac engineer dpt now he want to get the same job in usa or kanada. does he gets a job over there?
