need advice about changing careers. How do you narrow down what it is that you want to do?

Currently I am a Realtor. This is a new career for me as I am trained a lawyer and recently left the active practice. So far this does not seem to be a good fit. I am exploring what would be a good fit. Any suggestions about narrowing down would be helpful.
