My work environment is 80% black and they act as if to force me out(I'm white); what should I do?

I need the job. It pays very well. Most of my co-workers and supervisors are black, and in a megalopolis that is also 80% black, racist blacks openly and often treat whites like myself with contempt, derision, silence, and hostility.

Usually, however, it is latent or subtle, but still pretty palpable. Even in this environment, affirmative action puts less qualified black women in positions over white men, who--like myself--are routinely abused and given the ';cold shoulder.';

As much as I try to mitigate this situation with coping skills and attempts at rapport-building, I wind up with the distinct feeling that certain groups or the entire group of blacks have the collective, secretly agreed-upon agenda to create a hostile work environment for white males, as a way to avenge what historical injustices they imagine are the responsibility of all white males alive today--despite the sacrifice of hundreds of thousands of ';my people'; to end slavery and apartheid here in America!!
