should I take it personally or put it down as his ignorance. we have 4 full time staff and relief staff. We have full time staff meetings about 2 times a year. Normally in the past with other managers they have always informed us personally or in a memo.
Last week I found out from a training student whom is not even employed with us that there is a full time staff meeting on Monday at 2pm I start at 3pm. Should I show up a 2pm? or wait it out and go at 3pm? I feel he should have told me or left a memo or informed one of the other full time to let me know. What do you think I should do??
