My brother is not satisfied by his retail marketing job in India.He wantsto do something diff. Please guide me

He has 3yrs. of experience in marketing in Himachal.He is not satisfied by his salary and the kind of work. He applies for other jobs but it does not click. He gets frustated for the same. I keep guding him . If someone can help me more , I would be really greatful.
