my co-wokers are earning almost 10k more to do same job.?

I found info in the shared drive at work stating my co-worker earns 23 and hour while i earn about 17-basically 37k vs, 47k. I do the same job and manage our top accounts. When I accepted the low offer i was told that they couldnt pay me more-they think i took a 3k pay cut to work for them. Is there anything I can do with this info? Also-i feel like that screws my future earnings. An employer will think i am worth 37k when I am worth 47k!
