My comp downsized after 20 yrs there. Being 62 yrs old are there any ideas out there for me to get a job.?

I never looked for a job in my entire career, they approached me. Now at 62 no one bothers to answer my more than 60 apps for any job I apply for over the company internet site. Positions applications that these co's tell me is the only way to apply.'; THEY ONLY EXCEPT ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS'; Simple way to not have to talk to you??
