My Employer ';can't find'; a w2 for me to sign, yet i am working for them?

isnt this illegal, my first check ';looks'; legitamate, but i have never signed anything for them, and they have me as single/1 and that is not what i want to be.. also, they want me to clock out for 10 minutes breaks, my understanding is that that is against federal law..
